What is the guest capacity at White Lotus Banquet Hall in Sacramento?

Our venue can accommodate up to 700 seated guests for banquets and up to 1000 guests for theater-style or conference layouts, making it one of the largest luxury venues in Northern California.

Do you offer planning for cultural or religious ceremonies?

Absolutely. Our team is well-versed in coordinating traditional Sikh, Hindu, Muslim, and multicultural ceremonies—including décor, timelines, and rituals. We also have multilingual staff to support your family's unique needs.

What’s included in your event packages?

Our packages can include venue rental, full-service event coordination, custom décor, catering, audio/visual setup, stage design, and vendor management. Everything can be tailored to your preferences.

Can I bring my own caterer or decorator?

Yes! We welcome outside vendors for services like décor, photography, entertainment, and more. However, all catering is exclusively provided by our in-house culinary team, specializing in authentic Indian, fusion, and vegetarian menus. We also have a curated list of preferred professionals who are familiar with our venue and standards.

How early should I book my event?

We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance, especially for prime wedding seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate short-notice bookings when possible.

Do you have separate spaces for ceremonies and receptions?

Yes. We offer flexible room configurations that can be adapted for same-day ceremony and reception events—complete with separate entrances, lounges, and stage areas.

Do you host tours or consultations?
